Programs Available for HIV Patients
The Practice offers a Medication Adherence and Retention in Care (MARC) program, which focuses on individuals who have barriers that prevent them from obtaining medical care or taking medications as prescribed. Jennifer Carrancejie conducts home visits and enrolls individuals into the program for medical mangement to assist them in returning to and maintaining in care.
